Drops and magatamas both have the same drop shape, but the magatamas have a wider flared point with a larger hole. This makes them ideal for using with Kumihimo. The bead is also flatter on both sides, which lets them sit nice next to each other. In comparison to the drops they are a little more plump, because the drops have a more rounded point and a smaller hole. In addition to the regular magatama beads, you also have the Long Magatama, which are larger and longer with skewed ends, so a really different shape than these magatamas.

Colortype Transparant matte

Colours with the colortype Transparant (semi-)Matte are treated to make them less smooth and matte on the outside. Because of this it is harder to see through the beads, but still a little bit, so keep in mind that some thread can stay visible in the bead. They are mainly made in the basic colors, often less expensive. The added letter to the colorname means the following: F is matte, FR is matte rainbow and SF is semi-matte.
