Drops and magatamas both have the shape of a drop, but when you compare them to each other, the drops have a smaller point and a smaller hole, so they're a bit more slender. Where the magatamas have 2 flat sides, the drops are completely round.

They are available in 2 sizes, which are 2,8 mm and 3,4 mm and here you are looking at the bigger one of 3,4 mm.

You can use them as an accent bead in many different types of techniques. For example in a bracelet with peyote or a weaving bracelet you can use them in certain places, to create more depth in your piece.

Colortype Color lined

Color lined means that the core of the bead is colored. You can often recognize the color of the bead itself from the name, but in all cases the white core is visible. These kind of beads are less suitable for weaving or peyote, because the outside of the bead is transparent. And when it is next to an opaque color in the bracelet, it seems that one bead is shorter than the other. This makes the bracelt look uneven and not completely aligned. This is less visible with delica beads than with seed beads.
